Join Clarity House London this Stress Awareness Month for a calm brunch, guided skyline reflection and private writing exercise designed to help you step back from pressure and gain perspective.


Inspired by environmental psychology research, this experience focuses on three simple wellbeing practices: connection through shared meals, perspective through nature and reflection through writing.


As John Muir wrote:

This small group experience offers a supportive space to pause, reflect and reset alongside others.
