This document explains the terms for professionals joining the Clarity House Support Network, how data is used, safeguarding expectations, referral processes and service limitations.

Part 1 – Terms and Conditions
1.1 Definitions and Scope: These terms govern the relationship between The Clarity House Support Network and individual professionals. Membership is contingent upon valid professional accreditation and valid indemnity insurance. 1.2 Service Facilitation: Clarity House London acts as a referral hub and platform for professional support. We do not provide clinical supervision for independent practitioners. 1.3 Termination: Professionals may withdraw from the network with 30 days' notice. Clarity House reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately in cases of professional misconduct or failed safeguarding compliance.
Part 2 – Privacy Policy (UK GDPR)
2.1 Data Processing: We process your personal data (name, contact information, professional credentials) to manage network participation. 2.2 Lawful Basis: Processing is conducted under the lawful basis of contractual necessity and legitimate interest in providing a high-standard advisory network. 2.3 Individual Rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data. Client records shared during the referral process must be processed by the professional as a separate data controller in accordance with their own professional standards.
Part 3 – Safeguarding Statement
3.1 Core Commitment: Clarity House is committed to the safety of all clients. Professionals must adhere to local safeguarding laws and report any concerns regarding children or vulnerable adults immediately to the relevant authorities. 3.2 Reporting Protocol: All network members must maintain an up-to-date Safeguarding Policy and designate a lead contact for concerns. Failure to respond to a safeguarding inquiry will result in immediate termination of network status.
Part 4 – Referral Disclaimer
4.1 No Guarantee of Referrals: Participation in the network does not guarantee a specific volume of client referrals. 4.2 Clinical Responsibility: Clarity House London is not liable for the clinical or professional outcomes of sessions conducted by independent network members. 4.3 Direct Fee Management: Agreements regarding fees between professionals and clients outside the Clarity House platform are not the responsibility of the network.
Part 5 – Partner Code of Conduct
5.1 Professionalism: Members must conduct sessions with transparency, respect, and punctuality. 5.2 Ethical Practice: No conflicts of interest should be exploited. Branding related to Clarity House should only be used as authorized. 5.3 Communication: Network members must use professional communication channels and respond to network administrative inquiries within 48 hours.
Part 6 – General Terms
6.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 6.2 Entire Agreement: This document represents the full understanding between the network and the partner. 6.3 Amendments: Clarity House London reserves the right to update these terms. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
