The Clarity Guides & Companions
We are experienced listeners, Companions and community support professionals who believe people should have somewhere to turn before life becomes overwhelming. We provide a listening ear, human connection, companionship and practical non-clinical support helping people talk through everyday life, relationships, grief, work, identity, loneliness, change and the challenges that can sometimes build towards a mental health crisis.
