Join the Clarity House London Board and help shape the future of a growing organisation dedicated to creating safe spaces where people can find clarity, connection and hope. As a voluntary Board Member, you will provide strategic guidance, strengthen governance, and support our long-term vision while using your skills and experience to help improve the lives of the communities we serve. We welcome applicants from a wide range of professional backgrounds who are passionate about making a meaningful social impact.
As a Clarity Companion Associate, you will provide compassionate one-to-one emotional support to individuals navigating life's challenges. Working alongside our Clarity Guides, you will help clients build confidence, develop practical coping strategies, and move towards their personal goals in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. We welcome empathetic, reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a meaningful difference in their communities.
Salary is £13.50 per hour. Associates must have a psychology related degree.
Successful applicants will be required to obtain an Enhanced DBS check (including the appropriate Child and/or Adult Barred List check where the role requires it) before undertaking eligible client-facing duties.
Clarity Fellow (Volunteer | Shift Basis | Approved Expenses Reimbursed)
Clarity Fellows are valued volunteers who support the day-to-day delivery of Clarity House London's services. Working on a flexible, shift basis, Fellows assist with triage and onboarding, follow up referrals, provide administrative support, help coordinate community events and library tours, and contribute to projects that improve access to support for our members. This is a voluntary role with approved expenses reimbursed. Successful applicants will be required to complete onboarding, provide satisfactory references, and obtain an Enhanced DBS check where required for the role, with the cost covered by Clarity House.
