After booking, you’ll select a date for your triage call. During the call, we’ll get to know your experience, job preferences, preferred roles and any important requirements. Do you apply for jobs using my primary email address?
No. We do not use your primary personal email address for job applications. You will need to provide a separate email address that does not contain saved personal information, sensitive data or other personally identifiable information (PII).
Is your employment support UK-based?
Yes. Our employment support service is delivered by our UK-based team and is designed around the UK employment market.
My Companion referred me. Do I receive a discount?
Not automatically. Discounts or funded access are only available where you are eligible under a specific Clarity House community scheme. If you are accessing the service through a community scheme, please do not purchase this service directly through the website. Use the referral or booking route provided under your scheme.
My Companion referred me for Job Application Support. Is that okay?
Yes. Your Companion can refer you into the service. Where appropriate, your Companion will be able to follow your progress through our internal case management system which tracks all the support you are receiving from clarity house london and provide general application updates during your Companion sessions.
I have an interview. Can you help me prepare?
Yes. We offer interview preparation support for £9.99. We can help you prepare for likely questions, structure your answers and approach the interview with more confidence. This is a popular service, so we recommend booking as early as possible.
Can I use the service if I am already working?
Yes. You do not have to be unemployed to use Job Application Support.
Will you guarantee that I get a job or interview?
No. We can support the quality, consistency and reach of your job search, but employers make their own recruitment decisions and interviews or employment cannot be guaranteed.
